Statement of the Problem     

 This study aimed to determine the factors affecting compliance to facility-based delivery in Barangay Magdaup, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the year 2017.

Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Age;

1.2 Civil status;

1.3 Religion;

1.4 Educational Attainment;

1.5 Family Income; and

1.6 Travel time going from home to nearest health facility?

2.What are the factors affecting the compliance and non-compliance to facility- based delivery among women in Barangay Magdaup, Municipality of Ipil?

3. Isthere a significant difference on the factors affecting compliance and non-compliance of mother to facility–based delivery when grouped according to profile?

4. What program intervention can be developed to improve the compliance to facility-based?

Interrelationship in the ecosystem defined as the interaction of organism in their environment and or making disturbance to  other nearby organisms in their existence. There are four types of interaction of organism and that are mutualism, commensalism, parasitism, and competition in where:  1 . Commensialism – where one of the species lives freely while the other is unaffected of their existence. See the sample picture below: 2. It's sad to note that according to Habitat for Humanity, one-quarter of the world's population lives in conditions that harm their health and safety. Many do not have shelter, a basic human need for survival. This social issue also goes beyond the 25%.
