  Scope and Delimitation of the Study   This study focused on determining the factors affecting compliance and non-compliance to Facility-Based delivery such as Emotional Factors, Financial Factors, Psychological Factors, Social Status, Socio- demographic Factors. The study covered only the mothers from Barangay Magdaup, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay who are identified that have been delivered a child in year 2017 based on the home-based mothers record in the Barangay Health Station. It was conducted in the months of February to March of school year 2018-2019.   Significance of the Study The outcomes of the study were beneficial to the following: Department of Health . The result of this study serves as additional reference which will provide data or informationto improve the health services. It will also give insights to understand the attitudes of pregnant women towards Facility-Based Delivery. Local Government Personnel .The result of this study will provide information on the current situation in Barangay Magdaup regarding compliance to facility-based delivery.It also serves as basis in crafting ordinances related to the topic.   Statement of the Problem         This study aimed to determine the factors affecting compliance to facility-based delivery in Barangay Magdaup, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the year 2017. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1.
