II. Project Summary
The goal of this section is to present the reasons for doing this
project as well as stating the project’s objectives. In this section, in
particular, it is essential to write concisely and clearly. Be able to answer
the following questions:
- Why are you doing this project?
This project proposal will look at a specific topic in Grade 2 Mathematics and identify a specific topic in the class and aim to offer a solution through an action plan. This project proposal outlines the purpose and scope of a project how important to the Grade 2 pupils the addition with regrouping through recorded story telling. This is helpful before a project takes place since it ensures the pupils and parents of the subject pupils to agree about what the project itself will include. It states or giving an idea to the parents of the pupils and the pupils involved or stakeholder that the service provider understands the scope of the project.
- What will you be doing?
Regrouping
in math is the first steps when groups of ten when performing operations such
as addition or subtraction. This typically takes place when you work with
double digits. However, technically, in addition, it takes place any time you
have an answer that's larger than 10.
Addition
without regrouping is when the digits add up to a number that is 9 or less. The
answer can simply be written below each place value column. There is no
carrying of tens or hundreds. When talking about adding numbers, regrouping
means the same as carrying.
